Terms of Service

We design, train, and operate custom AI task agents and related software for businesses. Specific scope, features, and deliverables for a paid engagement are set out in your order or written agreement with us.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

Paid Services are billed on the plan or subscription you select. Fees are due in advance unless agreed otherwise, are non-refundable except where required by law, and subscriptions renew until cancelled.

You retain ownership of the material you provide to train or run your agent. You grant us a licence to use it solely to provide the Services to you, and you confirm you have the rights to share it.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including: breaking the law, infringing others' rights, uploading harmful or unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services, or using them to generate deceptive or abusive material.

AI agents can make mistakes and may produce inaccurate or incomplete output. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

Unless explicitly stated, output does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Where an agent provides legal information, it provides information only — not legal advice.

We retain all rights in our software, platform, templates, and underlying agent technology. You receive a non-exclusive right to use the agent we deliver for your business during your subscription.

The Services rely on third parties such as AI model, hosting, messaging, and payment providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not liable for their acts or outages.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize, and the courts of Belize have jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. Questions can be sent to our contact email in the site footer.
