Don't try to "use AI everywhere." Win one clear thing first.

Find your candidate

Ask three questions:

1. What do I repeat most? (answering the same questions, writing similar messages…)
2. What drains my time or energy?
3. What has a clear "better" I could measure? (faster replies, more posts, fewer errors)

The task that scores high on all three is your first workflow.

Make it concrete

Write it as one sentence: "Every day I answer ~15 customer questions on WhatsApp; I want AI to draft those replies in EN/ES so I respond in half the time."

That sentence is your target for the rest of this module.
